We all know that eating more anti-inflammatory foods is good for us, but I love to see that studied scientifically…⁣

A recent review paper that analyzed data from 15 other meta-analyses and totalling over 4 million individuals, found that following a pro-inflammatory diet pattern strongly predicted heart attack, and was highly suggestive of increased risk of cancer and all-cause mortality.⁣
